GENERAL INFORMATION:
Is there an age restriction?
No. Road to Health is free and open to the public; all ages are welcome.
Is the attendee listing available?
No. Individual exhibitors may collect contact information from attendees for marketing purposes, but no general listing is available.
When/how will I receive my exhibition badge?
All exhibition badges will be available for pick-up during move-in at the event. All other badges will be available at the beginning of the event.
What is the expected attendance for the event?
Road to Health expects approximately 30,000 attendees in each city.
HOUSING, TRAVEL, AND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION:
Do you have a listing of hotels and rates?
Please visit the Travel information section on our Web site for special air fare, hotel and car rental discounts.
Will shuttle service be available during the event?
No. Complimentary shuttle service is not available.
How do I apply for press credentials?

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Do I have to register to attend?
Yes. All attendees must register either on-line, by fax, or on-site for entry into the Road to Health events.
I only want to attend the Expo and Symposium: how can I register?
Simply complete an online registration form for fastest service, or use the registration form from the brochure. On-site registration is available but not recommended.
Where can I find a copy of the registration form?

SPEAKER INFORMATION:
How can I become a speaker?
Please send an inquiry to tavissmileypresents@tavistalks.com. If we are interested in more information, we will contact you within seven (7) business days.
Who are the speakers for this event?
More than 100 professionals will present at Road to Health in 2006. All are industry leaders, analysts, consultants, or development experts.
Can I obtain a copy of a speaker’s presentation?
Presentation handouts are provided to workshop attendees at the session. Please contact the speakers directly at the conference for additional information and/or materials.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
Where there be any special arrangements made for wheelchairs?
Yes. Special seating areas have been designated for wheelchairs and all areas of the convention center are wheel chair accessible.
